Ally Financial strives to support and strengthen the communities where we live and work through volunteerism, charitable contributions, and financial education.
Financial Literacy
As a financial services company, Ally Financial is committed to providing consumers with the tools and information they need to make educated decisions about credit, budgeting and personal finance. Ally supports financial literacy through its own dedicated program, Wallet Wise. Ally offers this educational curriculum at a grassroots level through local seminars and community events, as well as through website tutorials at www.allywalletwise.com — all at no cost to the consumer. The program focuses on teaching consumers how to establish good credit, manage a budget and evaluate banking and investment options.
Employee Volunteerism
Ally Financial supports employee charitable giving and volunteerism by matching both hours spent and contributions made in assisting not-for-profit organizations. Ally has an employee-driven Volunteer Action Network that coordinates volunteer opportunities across the organization at its various corporate centers and offices.
