I had forgot that I wanted to withdraw some money from my CD b4 it renewed. On the last day at 5 PM PST, I remembered. I went to the Ally website & used the online chat feature. Two minutes later I was thanking the customer service rep, James for helping me. Awesome service! Thanks, Bean

Can't say enough good about Ally since I joined up. Just wish the CD rates were back where they were then. Suffering now with the Wachovia (long time cust) to Wells transition. I am predicting that I'll move everything to Ally shortly.

I have found Ally to be a very satisfying bank to do business with.,I am concerned about the dropping of the loyalty bonus you offer that I was told will expire at the end of June. I wish you would re consider the ending of this program. Thank you, Robert

I wish i had known that to transfer $ into or from an account when i had matured that i needed to call in ahead of time and talk with someone in order to do it. Everything else is fine...almost flawless. But I was bumbed about the need to talk with someone when I wanted to add money to the account for the next round.

I have finally reached maturity for the first time with a 3 month cd. I say finally because in past attempts to grow my savings with cd accounts I withdrew early. Now that a term has been has been reached what does ally bank do? CLOSE my cd account. Really?

The process of transfering money to another bank is unacctable.I started this process on Friday the 20th and it still not complete.
