you web site is the most difficult banking web site I feel I have ever used. I can not see the complete name of my accounts when I view them in pending transfers. the view screen does not show the full name of the investment product. I have spent HOURS just tring to deposit monies into you bank. I am wearing down and may choose another place to put my money

Evey time I call in to Ally Bank - the staff are always helpful and pleasant to work with. Having an actual person on the line, who is nice to talk with is a big help. Thanks so much for keeping it real!

Rate was good at the time, seting it up was no problem and with a glitch from the start, it was corrected timely and it's a CD, so you set it up and not much to do after that! My only gripe is the varying dates when the monthly interest is posted or in my case when the ACH to another bank is initiated. I have other CD's where the interest is posted five to seven days before the end of the month and thus my ACH transfer is "complete" to the receiving bank by the end of the month. They have my principle and if I cancel the CD before the end of the month, they can just deduct the small partial interest given and the "normal" penalty. That is where a good bank can become great!

I requested my Interest on a maturing CD be sent by Auto bank transfer to my local bank on Sunday night, the money was in my account Wednesday morning. THANKS ALLY.

This is the first time I have ever been motivated to submit an on-line review. Ally Bank does EVERTYHING right - I couldn't be more pleased. The interest rate is as good as it gets these days, and more importantly, the service is outstanding. I have always been able to speak to a live customer service rep within 20 seconds of calling. Initial ccount set-up was simple, the mailed materials very clear, the website well-designed and easy to navigate. Excellent in every way!

Ally Bank offers the highest interest rate in the entire nation and I wish I had known such institution about ten years ago. I am impressed with the way in which my investment is growing comparing to other banks. I am convinced that my money will grow rapidly and I will open multiple accounts in the coming weeks or months.

I found the process extremely easy. If I was not happy with my current local bank I'd move all my banking to Ally. Their CD rates are far better that my local bank. I would have to take out a CD for almost 5 years to match the 1 year rate I got with Ally.

Varying ACH Transfer Dates!
