I tried another highly rated Internet Bank and had a number of problems with them. I've been SO pleased with Ally Bank, that I would recommend them to all my friends. Easy to open account - you get to set your own debit card PIN, remote deposits are a piece of cake and a great iPhone app, too. Interest rates on checking are awesome as well as refunds on "network" ATM fees.

I moved to Ally from a well-known "traditional" bank, and I am so glad I did. I was sick of having to pay my old bank to have access to my own money, and all the mistakes and discrepancies I kept finding on my statements. Since moving to Ally, I have been very happy. No fees, no hassles, and easy access to my money any time I want. And I am thrilled to earn interest on my checking account! Ally rocks.

After being dissatisfied at all my local banks, I decided to check out Ally. I was so please to see free checking and saving accounts that have better interest rates then US Bank (even if you're an employee) no fees and very fast and easy Internet and mobile access. Never before have I been able to find an answer so easily or transfer funds so quickly. I recommend this bank to any and everyone! I've already told 4 people about it today. Thank you Ally!

I have had bank accounts at probably 20 different banks over the last 30 years. This is the first bank that I really like. You put what the consumer wants above the bank needs. Thank you!!!

I love this bank. I left BofA after many years due to excessive fees. The customer service people at Ally have always been friendly and upbeat when ever I called. They mean what they say about free and I am earning interest on all my accounts at a higher rate then BofA

I was disappointed in the correspondence of materaails sent to me. They mailed them to the wrong address. I wish I had known that there they would keep the funds deposited for seven days during the 30 day inital period. I probably wouldn't have opend my accounts.

I was hesitant to open my account online as I always went to the bank in person to open an account. I have been totally satisfied with the banking features and service. The ease of deposits and all checking transactions has made me a believer in ALLY. Customer service is excellent as I always get a REAL person on the line and they are always courteous. Keep up the GREAT WORK!
