I have several other online bank accounts, and I have found Ally Bank is the best one out there. I will be transferring my other accounts to Ally as soon as possible. Solid. Sensible. Secure.

It is so nice to actually get a live person, much less one that speaks plain english. I have never had complaint about anything with ALLY. Every single Ally rep that I have spoke with has been very, very polite and helpful!

Ally bank is awesome, the ability to have the same privileges as of checking account with the 6 transactions per statement is not only helping me budget my money but it's also teaching me how to manage my money more sufficiently

I was comparing the different money markets that were available at the time. Ally had the best rate for the amount that I was going to deposit so I chose them. But not only were the rates good, but the service has been even better. I've never had trouble getting somebody on the phone when I had questions and everybody has been pleasant to talk to and extremely helpful. Ally gets an A+ in my book.
