I have had this Money Market for 2 years now as my Emergency Fund, and I find it to be user friendly, easy to transfer money in/out of when necessary, and I'm making a little something on it daily, which is more than it'd be making sitting in my drawer. I also use the Interest Checking, which complements the Money Market well. Thank you Ally!

I can open account on line. I am able to access my funds by check or debit card. Customer Service available 24/7. I did a lot of research at local banking institutions and credit unions. Also researched on line. Ally was the best by far; i.e. highest interest rates and zero bank charges. Thank You Ally for providing me with a safe haven for my money along with the opportunity to let it work for me.

I was looking to put my savings in a bank that gives higher rates and great customer service and I found that with Ally Bank. I had my savings at a mega U.S. bank for years and at a local credit union. When I compared their Money Market Account rates to Ally Bank, I saw that Ally Bank pays more in interest than most banks and credit unions. So I transferred my savings to Ally Bank. I called on a Sunday and an Ally Bank representative was very friendly in answering my questions and helping me to set up my account. I plan to open a Certificates of Deposit in the future. I'm pleased with the service they have given me and I'm even recommending Ally Bank to all my friends!

Online enrollment was very easy and quick. Was able tro use edeposit on first day which was very easy to use. CSR are always availably by chat or phone and i have not had to wait more then 1 min for assistance. happy thus far.

My previous bank would not give me their highest interest rate. That was reserved for new customers. What about us previously loyal old customers

I have had this MMA for a year now and can say I love the features it provides ex. pop money, external transfers, all for free. The only thing not really good is the low interest rate. Oh well, cant have it all.

I've had my Ally account for almost 2 years now, and while no cash deposits and having to mail all other deposits gets annoying at times, I've stuck with Ally as my sole banking provider because of their superb customer service. On top of their stellar customer service, no other mainstream bank can match Ally's rates. In my opinion these are the things that matter in a bank, and no other bank can even come close to functioning at the same level as Ally does.

Opening and funding this account was painless and safely done on line. Ally's interest rate is currently among the highest available, at least with the services they offer. I feel comfortable with every aspect of this transaction and I strongly recommend Ally bank money market accounts.
