We switched to the Ally money market account at the beginning of the year and have already earned almost four times the interest we received for the entire last year with the old bank. It is very easy to make deposits online and we could not be happier with our decision to open an account with Ally.

I was very impressed with the customer service for Ally Bank. The two people that I talked to over the telephone were great and easy to understand. When I first called to transfer my account from one bank to Ally Bank it all went very smoothly. I liked how it showed as a pending transaction until the transfer went through. There was no delay from one bank to the other and didn't loose any interest. You never had to worry about your money because when it went out of my previous bank account it showed in the new Ally Money Market Account. I love Ally Bank.

I have been able to easily manage all my banking on line. Transfers from my local checking to my Ally accounts is incredibly easy once I set it up. I am happy.

I decided abouta month ago that I wanted to change banks in order to get a higher interest rate. I studied the Rates from other banks, and concluded that Ally Bank was my choice. Their Customer service Rep. made the transition clear and thorough. Within a 2 day period, the transaction was made through Ally, without my having to contact the bank I had my savings in. They did all the work for me, and I feel I made a great choice.

I would just add a feature to access the routing number a little easier. Also the account opening process was a little slow, but everything else, including your reps are A+++!!!

I accrued more interest in two months with my Ally account than in one year with the same amount of money with my local bank! Easy to set up my account, transfer and access funds.

Found ALLY through GOOGLE and am really happy to see a bank that keeps its customer service a priority and tries to keep fees down. Too early to give a full review, but from the experience the past two weeks I am very satisfied so far. The ease of use and the fact that I get a FREE debit card linked to my money market that makes almost 1% interest is a no brainer in an economic environment that is forcing banks to charge miscellaneous fees left and right!
