I have had to contact Ally on several occasions and found your handling of my inquiries to be very professional. Waiting time is better than most as well.

You rock Ally, especially your checking & savings accouts rates! The reimbursed ATM fees, bill pay & Ally Perks too. Please, please, please revisit the rules on the hold times on transfers & deposits from non Ally accounts, too long vs USAA & BofA! You are an online only bank should be better in that area. Iwould love to totally move over to Ally as my only bank but one day may get stuck with NO MONEY or can't make a transaction in the store. Also consider allowing Ally car loan acct to be viewed at the same time as chkg& savg that would be nice. Keep improving, i'm looking forward to a lifetime banking relationship with Ally. BTW, I love the color & proud the pull out my debit card, I love purple!!!!

When opening an account on-line, and an opening deposit sent in, why does it take days for the deposit to show up in ones account? No one seems to know where your money is. Why can't a depositor be told exactly where his hard-earned money is at all times and an inquiry be answered in a timely manner. The depositing process leaves a lot to be desired and the higher interest rate offered not worth the aggravation.
