I have been a customer of Ally for some time. They have some of the best rates for savings. The process I went through to setup 2 Money Market accounts (one with my wife; one with my dad) has left me with some concerns. Long story, but lost check to open one of the accounts, then found check after 2 months and credited to the wrong account. Customer Service was of little help. I will not mail check to Ally again. I will only use electronic transfers.

I seriously freaking love Ally you guys make things happen for me. Your MMA account is the best out there and I am constantly checking bank rates. I've even help my friends and family set up their accounts through you guys. Please stay awesome! All we need now is making transfers possible through the mobile app!

I have deposited checks into my Higher One account many times with no problem. I have never managed to deposit a check into my Ally account without taking a picture 5 or more times. Now I keep getting "System Unavailable" errors. E deposit is VERY important with an online bank. It looks like I may be better off accepting .2% less interest with Capitol One. I will probably close this account.

I have been shopping around for a while until I stumbled upon Allay Bank. I was a bit hesitant to go for an online bank but then I thought about how many times have I been to my bank's branch and it all made sense. I think online banking is the way of the future. Their rates are hard to match, their fees are non-existent or much lower than other (online and branch) banks. I can not complaint about their customer service so far. Every has been super helpful and nice to me. FREE ATM Withdrawals its awesome!

I LOVE the customer service with this account. I was nervous at first to put my money into a place that does not have an actual building in my town however, I get my questions answered much more quickly through this bank than a traditional one. It's easy to set up, easy to log in, and easy to get help if needed! The only issue I have is the length of time for money to show up in my account after being transferred from another bank but overall, I LOVE my new account :)
