I'm very happy with my no penalty CD's. Can't beat the rate and I have piece of mind knowing I can access my money if an emergency were to arise.

The reality is rates are low everywhere - you might as well be with a company that appreciates its customers. Ally is that company. Great service whether via text or phone.

The 11 month no penalty rate is the same as the money market and savings rates. Why bother to open a no penalty CD when it is at the same rate and if money is needed with a money market, I just simply write a check.

i have 3 accounts open with ally. they are competitie - but the main reason is that when i call for anything - i get to talk to a human being. they are always patient, always helpful, and always follow through on what they say they will do. simply a refreshing experience.
