As a whole, I don't have too much money to save, but Ally doesn't need a minimum amount to open CD's so I can save whenever I have some extra money. They are easy to set up, and very easy to maintain. The customer service is superb to say the least. I have never had a hard time talking with the representatives and I am glad I bank with Ally.

Opening an account was very easy. When I needed to withdrawl money, Customer Service was very knowledgeable, frendly and made the process easy. I would definitely recommend Ally Bank and I have! And the rates are greate too!

But now I've had it with Citibank. Awful fees, terrible rates, and non-existent, imported customer service. I switched all my banking products to Ally, checking, savings, they even helped me structure my account dependencies to avoid stupid overdraft fees and meaningless for profit banking programs. Thanks Ally. I am truly a customer of yours for a long time to come.

It was so simple to withdraw some of the CD, have that one cancelled and the transition to a new CD opened. Your contact person was so helpful!

I love that there is not penalty on this product. It allows me to have the CD but if I need the funds I have acces to them. I did have an issue setting up the CD. I provided the bank information needed to fund the CD. It did not fund and Ally had no record of the info. I had to call customer service to finish the setup.

But now I've had it with Citibank. Awful fees, terrible rates, and non-existent, imported customer service.
