Opened 6 of theses for 6 months worth of emergency funds. Rates are as good as you can get anywhere and the no penalty is an outstanding feature for my needs. Only issue I've had is with opening joint accounts because my wife and I don't want separate logins/passwords. Had to contact customer service to get it done. They were quick and very helpful though.

I love me some Ally Bank (hahaha!) Honestly, I find the website extremely easy to navigate and simply written. Some family members are still walking in a bank and talking with a teller for their transactions. It appears to give them a "warm & fuzzy". With Ally Bank, I get a "warm & fuzzy" with higher interests rates! Thank you Ally Bank!

Ally bank is the best bank going right now. There rates are competitive and they are always offering new features. I love the recent PoPmoney option. Keep doing what you are doing Ally Bank.

It's hard to beat Ally's interest rates. Open an account with $1. No obvious restrictions on transfers to other financial institution. Open as many accounts as you want, Great website--easy to maneuver, check records, keep track of transactins, download into Quicken, etc. Customer service by phone or online is second to none and should be a model for all other busnesses; the customer comes first with Ally.

I was nervous about having an account with an "online" bank. Who knew this bank would be better than a bank I've had for nearly 2 decades! My nervousness quickly changed to excitement. I was able to open this account in 10 minutes, deposit the funds in as little as 3 days and TA DA! The rate is spectacular and the service is great. What I love most about this account that when you need the money you can take it out without a penalty! That gives me a great sense of mind!

I like the idea that customers are given the option to open a No Penalty C.D.. There may come a time when an out of your hands financial situation may occur, and you may need extra money, and when that happens at other financial institutions, you're charge a large penalty fee, but not at Ally. No penalty CD is a GREAT IDEA!

I love me some Ally Bank (hahaha!) Honestly, I find the website extremely easy to navigate and simply written.
