For a person like me, not confident with technology, this gave a simple access and was quick and easy. The guidance through the process was straight forward and simple with clarifying details. With a scheduled transfer set up, savings is made easy but solid.

Ally, has it all. They are the easiest bank to use, the online services are unparallelled. They have the best rates, and the fact that they refund all ATM charges is awesome!

Be sure to allow at least 30 days to make the switch to banking with Ally. Take your time transferring funds from your old bank to Ally. Allow plenty of time for deposits to become accessible to you once the transfers have been made. Don't try to rush this process. Don't completely close your accounts with your old bank until your Ally accounts and funds are fully available to you. I allowed plenty of time to make the switch and it went smoothly. I do wish the online banking site had more of the features and readily available account info I was use to with my old online bank. Overall, I'm loving Ally! Happily, I made the switch!

Ally recently lowered their security standards to eliminate all forms of actual security and replace it by "Easy to steal" email and/or text notifications. What if someone steals your phone? What if someone hacks your email? Keep security in your head, not on electronics!
