I so appreciate that the password requirements are listed/specified when logging in. I wish all places where passwords are required would implement this great feature.

I wish that your ally to ally transfer has a 1st & 15th or 15th and End of month option. The website lags from time to time. Mobile App also lags (Especially while initiating the deposit function). Sometimes changing the nickname shows errors. I had to wait a later day to achieve my request. Layout looks clean. It can enhance a little more on the logo for appeal. Overall, there is a few bug fix and update to render it more seamless on functionality. I will rate again next year depending on the improvements, if there is any.

Ally Bank makes it so easy to open new accounts. Just a 6 step process and you are going. If you have additional questions you call and talk to a representative usually within 5 minutes. Best Rates of any bank to boot!

do not like the fact that I am unable to see a memo for moeny deposited. It gives an option for the memo but no where can I find it. Unhappy about that for sure.

We need to see pending transactions listed with our account. ING had this feature, you should make this change.
