I have been a Wells Fargo customer for many years and I finally got tired of all the fees and extremely low interest rates. I even pulled my money out of my credit union. While the interest rates are still low compared to 5 or 6 years ago they are the best around and the web site is very easy to use.

After having a high interest savings account with another online bank for the last several years, my interest rate has been dropping at alarming rates. Going back, the other account hasn't been as high as Ally since January of '11. When it reached the level of my local bank's money market, I decided it was time to look around for a new online savings account. After comparing Ally's reviews, awards, customer service, and rates, I felt it was the best decision and I'm very glad I went with it. Not only are the rates better, the transfer time takes at least one day less. Additionally, the online system is easy and I have not had any problems. It may not have a million bells & whistles, but I find it easy to check my account balances as well as transfer and check on pending transfers. This is mostly what I use this account for so an extremely high tech site is not something I need, or even want. The app is also great. Very easy to use and check on my accounts. Even my husband, who prefers brick & mortar banks, likes the site. Also, it was simple to sign up and set up multiple accounts. Very pleased so far!

I've been with Ally for over 3 years now. The Savings & Money Market rates are better than my local banks. I've never had a problem with transfering money from my local bank to my Ally accounts. I'm glad I found out about them. They're FDIC insured just like the local banks so you're money is safe. I'm glad my money is with Ally.

I have had many banks in my 56 years,but when I finally got rid of a bank that charged fees for everything, my wife and I chose Ally. So happy we have. We have our accounts with Ally and would recommend them and have to anyone. So easy to use, great customer service and love the ease of depositing a check via my printer and computer. We are very happy!!

I use ally for my auto financing and when I found out about there great interest rates for savings accounts. I took all my savings from my previous bank and transfered them here, for 10x's better savings. Thanks ally for great customer care!!!!

I had only problems since the opening of an IRA Account. The first deposit was delayed in the posting to the account. A second deposit is also being delayed. A check was mailed to you from my Mutual Funds on FEBRUARY 4th.It has not yet been posted to my account. That is 15 days. I FOUND THIS TO BE UNUSUAL.
