I have had many banks in my 56 years,but when I finally got rid of a bank that charged fees for everything, my wife and I chose Ally. So happy we have. We have our accounts with Ally and would recommend them and have to anyone. So easy to use, great customer service and love the ease of depositing a check via my printer and computer. We are very happy!!

I use ally for my auto financing and when I found out about there great interest rates for savings accounts. I took all my savings from my previous bank and transfered them here, for 10x's better savings. Thanks ally for great customer care!!!!

I had only problems since the opening of an IRA Account. The first deposit was delayed in the posting to the account. A second deposit is also being delayed. A check was mailed to you from my Mutual Funds on FEBRUARY 4th.It has not yet been posted to my account. That is 15 days. I FOUND THIS TO BE UNUSUAL.

Not having a monthly fee is why I chose Ally over my own bank (Citi) and other banks. Opening the account was fast and easy. The only issue I had was that they did not send me our debit cards as promised once I signed up. I waited two weeks for them and they never got here. I had to call to have them expedited to us (they ate the express shipping fee since it was their fault). Customer service was fabulous and professional. I recommend Ally for all banking. We even opened a Money Market with Ally too!

I was with HSBC for many years. They reduced their interest rate forcing me to find a better place for my money. With Ally Bank's high interest rate given the current miserable economy it was an easy decision. I hope to have a long relationship with this bank. Ally's website is awesome.

I am very impressed with ally bank so far. I recently opened another online savings account at another bank and the process was anything but smooth. When I opened my account with Ally, it was very easy and quick. The website is very easy to navigate and I like the bank transfer process.

I switched from Bank of America, and wow, do they offer the worst rates possible. I searched for a bank with the best interest rates and found it with Ally. Ally Bank offers the best online savings account -- Hands Down!
