I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Ally! Not only are the interest rates awesome, but the customer service is top notch! I bank with a former "local" bank that has now gone nation wide and somewhere along the way they forgot about customer service. I am strongly considering changing completely over to Ally!

This is seriously the easiest bank to open an account. The internet site is seamless and fast. The questions are straight to the point. I am considering changing all my accounts to Ally Bank. I just need to get over the fact that you are not my "local" bank.

When money is tranfered from other banks , you always put a 1 day hold on funds, this is not the case with the other bank. You do not make on-line statements available to customers with trust accounts,

I travel alot with work and its nice being able to have my checks directly deposits into my account. I also have two other acounts for my businesses that i am able to eaily transfer money either to or from without fees. ATM cards - it is nice knowing that no matter what the fee for the ATM will be that I will receive that back at the end of the statement cycle. Saves me time since i used to worry about finding an ATM with a resonable fee for withdrawl. Mobile App - I check my bank account atleast once to twice a day. I maitain a low balance in my checking account and retain the rest in my online savings account earning a higher interest rate. when i need extra cash all I do is log into my moble app and transfer money its avaliable right then. Checks & ATM - not worring about having to pay for checks; since i do not use them that often is great. not having a monthly ATM Debit Card fee is nice as well. Service - I work long hours from early in the morning till late at night and most of the time normal banks are closed. It is so great when I am calling at 2:00AM that there is still someone there to assist me with my questions or banking needs. They have even called me on Sundays to address account concerns. I recommend Ally to all of my employees if they do not have a bank already since we offer direct deposit. I love how simple and easy it is to bank with Ally; even when I get a call on Sundays from them :-)

This is a good online savings account option. While the rates aren't that good, it still is one of the top comparing to other online saving accounts and local banks such as BoA, Chase, or WellsFargo.

Easy to use online banking. Could definitely add more features to help automate savings, but it seems like everything they have implemented works - so no complaints there! Their customer service gets an A+.

I've had my onlne account for several years now, and have had only positive experiences. Whenever there's a problem (and that's rarely), Customer Service is always pleasant and very helpful. I always feel satisfied with their help and resolutions.

I work at a Bank. I don't bank where I work - I use Ally. The ease of opening accounts, great rates and simplicity of the online banknig website make Ally my go to. Thanks again for everything!

I cancelled from ING because they changed to CITI whom I refuse to do business with. Your rates are good but your online banking transfer function is lacking. BADLY. I bet this never gets read by any higher than a supervisor. BTW- I am a federal employee who works for the DoD and I like to complain to other federal agencies like the FCC when banks do stupid things.
