The process to open account is easy, customer service is prompt and courteous, and there are no issues with direct deposits. I would prefer additional options like stocks, but for savings it has great choices for laddering. Interest compounding daily is much better than monthly and adds up.

Now days with everything online and passwords everywhere. Sometimes you forget. I got locked out and had to call to unlock. Best experience with a bank customer service, felt like talking to a friend on the phone. Sounds menial but when I have dealt with other banks or credit cards, after talking to a machine for 15 minutes you finally get someone to help, and even then transferred around to a few departments. Here had no wait and lady helped me right away. Interest rates are a great plus as well.

It was quick and easy to open my savings account and the rates are great!

I came for the great interest rate but was worried about losing the face to face customer service I had been use to at my small neighborhood bank... But no more, I just had an issue when I opened up some custodial accounts for my grandkids. They called me back and got my issues resolved. I feel a lot better about leaving my old bank now and am looking forward to collect some tangible interest on my all my savings accounts!
