Shifted my account from Capitol One to Ally, only to have rates go down within a month. It wasn't worth the effort. See ya!

No matter how many times I register my computer, I am asked a security question almost every time I log in. Also, the option to "go directly to login" has never worked.

Ally made converting my accounts to a Trust account complicated. Another institution, with equal rates and services, was much easier to convert. Moved all of my accounts to another institution.

I feel you should be as loud in your communications about interest rate drops as you were with trying to attract deposits.

Your website needs updating. Although better than some online banking sites; it still is cumbersome to get around the site. Examples of sites that are much improved over yours is Discover Bank and Chase Bank. Thanks for your consideration in improving your website

All is top notch, but transfers seem to take days instead of just 24 hours with most accounts. Setting up the initial account was slow also. I guess when you find a bank all want to be a part of it takes longer. CSR are super!!!!!!!!!!!
