I appreciate the professionalism of ALLY Bank. I appreciate being able to call 24/7 and speaking to a real live person who is consistently helpful, professional and courteous. I have utilized the savings, raise your rate cd, no risk cd and all products are outstanding. No other bank can match their rates. I have referred ALLY to all of my family and friends.

Your on line accounts are very difficult to work with. I can't even figure out how to transfer money from my checking account to my savings account. I tried to add an account and found it impossible, and gave up. I understand security, and I've had many online accounts, but with yours I have to call every time and have someone walk me though it. Even they have difficulty. I may have to change to another bank with a simplier program.

This is the first online savings I've tried, so I was a little hesitant. My experience with Ally has been great. I have received all the help I've needed to open a savings and more help with other issues. Savings rates are the best I've found with a liquid account. Customer service, which is VERY important to me, is excellent! Both Live Chat and telephone calls are answered quickly. I can see online how long the wait will be for a Chat. Phone calls are transferred quickly. I am definitely impressed with everyone I've spoken with so far. I will recommend Ally to friends and family!

Ally has the highest Online Savings Account Rates that I have been able to find. Interest rates are low everwhere but Ally's is the best. I need to have access to my money so I can only keep it in this online savings account. It would be great if Ally could give quarterly bonuses of 10% interest (on interest earned) on this account as was shown in the survey that I just completed from them. Hope to see that soon as I would definitely be interested in it!

I made an external transfer of funds and the funds were transfer quickly. I like that.

Ever since I opened this account, the interest rate has been going in reverse. I am unable to open a cd as there are plans for the funds in the account, besides, cd rates are not any better.

Interest rate keeps dropping. I hate to have to watch for these changes. Need to be vigilant like you are in the stock market. I changed from another bank to Ally for precisely this reason, and this one appears to be no better in this respect.

I'm glad that I made the switch to ally from my previous online bank. The interest kept dropping it seemed like monthly. Ally is pretty easy to use but they need to update there website and mobile app. That is the only complaint. Its not as smooth to navigate through as my other online banking

Ever since GMAC was transformed into Ally, the online banking has not displayed correctly in Google Chrome. One would expect the developers would notice by now, but no. Rather than changing my browser, I'll do my banking elsewhere.

I recently opened a savings account at Ally Bank. The customer service was excellent and professional. I would highly-recommend this on-line bank. I was somewhat skeptical in the beginning because of being on-line, but it is so convenient and their communication regarding my account is superb!
