This product is the worst you have to offer and Iwill never open another one at your institution. Your service is bad and they do not understand what they should ask a customer reason for my dislike.

I was very impressed with the ease of opening the CD and the follow up provided. It's a little unnerving at times to do business over the internet and not at a brick and mortar bank but Ally made it easy and transparent. I am happy with my experience and interest rate and have already recommended Ally to my friends and family.

I've returned to Ally because of your excellent rates and your low penalties for early withdrawal. While I found all staff members I dealt with on the phone to be both courteous and helpful, I found the process of opening a cd online a bit of a nightmare. I ended up having to make FIVE phone calls, each lasting at least 10 minutes, because things did not work as expected. I understand you are making some changes to your website, and I hope many of the problems I encountered can be addressed and fixed.
