After being disgusted with the lousy rates from my bank, ok I won't mention it by name... I was thrilled with the rates available here. When my 403B was hemhoraging money, I discovered the value of IRA CDs and was thrilled ALLY offered them.- Even better that I have the opportunity to raise my rate 2 times over the next 4 years. Love it!

Cannot get these CD's as only e-statements with a trust ownership account. That should have been made clear in the first place. We are very disappointed. I will also add, that although you can call 24/7 and talk to a person (and with a trust account, you can't do anything without calling), it is rarely the help I need and they have to have someone else call me back - supposedly in 2 or 3 days, usually over a week.

This was my best experience every with a bank. My current IRA CD was with another bank and was maturing. Their rate offer was terrible. Ally offered a much better rate, almost 2 times better, and the option to raise my rate. Ally was extremely helpful in assisting with the open of my new account and also the trustee transfer that was made to avoid the 20% IRS tax withholding. Everything went as planned and I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you Ally Bank.

A great product but I can't buy this or any of your products on line from an online bank. I have sent several inquiries and talked to several customer service reps none of whom can explain why I can't open additional accounts on line other than it's a known problem that happens to some people. I have a savings account and 6 CD's now. I guess that's my limit.

I have always ben pleased with the ease at which I am able to access my accounts at any time. Also, I find the customer service personnel have been consistently pleasant and helpful.

In two years I have not seen an opportunity to raise my rate! How can you continue to advertise that? I'd love to take advantage of a raise, but every time I open a new account, it's lower than the previous...
