In two years I have not seen an opportunity to raise my rate! How can you continue to advertise that? I'd love to take advantage of a raise, but every time I open a new account, it's lower than the previous...

The fact that it has 2 options to raise your rate is irresistible. I don't know if this new; I don't remember seeing it before.

itscumbersome to open an account.Its a VERY slow process to open and fund.I have trust accts,you have papers.When i want to buy another cd in the same trust----you treat it like a brand new cd and i have to go through that slow process again.Your web sight is confusing.Not always sure which session to log into.The secret question you ask isn't what i set up.I would like someone to call me so i can expain more detail

They have the best rates around - I have various CD's, Interest Checking and Savings. The fact that the interest is compounded daily makes my money grow faster. The website is easy to use; and if I ever have a question, I can call and immediately speak with a real person AND I don't have to push buttons for 5 min. to reach one either!!!!!!! Everyone I have dealt with has been very courteous; it is a pleasure to do business with Ally Bank.

Ally simply has the best options and selection of CD's. They make it simple to open their CD's online including funding of the CD.

Since opening my account with you this morning, and registering for online banking, I have repeatedly been unable to sign in. Cliking "log in" on your web page took me to auto loans - of which I have none - and my login ID and password were refused. Somehow I stumbled onto another part (apparently) of the registration process - involving the Safe Key and challenge questions, etc. and was able to get in. It shouldn't be this hard.

Can't beat the rate, plus a rate bonus for renewal! Live customer service is knowelegable, friendly and helpful! Early cancellation penalty is very fair Hands down, my Ally experience exceeds my "Private Banking" relationship with my local brick and motar bank.

They have the best rates around - I have various CD's, Interest Checking and Savings. The fact that the interest is compounded daily makes my money grow faster. The website is easy to use; and if I ever have a question, I can call and immediately speak with a real person AND I don't have to push buttons for 5 min. to reach one either!!!!!!!
