i recently added money to my 2 year raise your rate cd. customer service was very helpful, also transaction was completed same day, even though i was told it could take 1 or 2 days because of christmas.

Your CD rate is competive with the highest rate available in my residential area. Yet, I would be able, if CD rates begin to rise in an improving economy, to make 1 or 2 changes over 4 years. Excellent customer service.

Interest rates on investments have been really bad for a long time. However, Ally's interest rates are WAY better! Usually I am getting about 10 times the rate available from my local bank. Also, the customer service is unmatched. They do a really good job solving your problems and they are available 24/7. This bank is awesome; you won't be disappointed.

I have had raise your rate cd's two of them I had moved my ira from my employer credit union. Its making a lot more money for me. The customer service is out standing I just had a very minor problem. The Supervisor was so understanding corrected my problem and I did not have to wait all day to talk to one.

this cd was easy to open and ally makes it easy to follow. the rate is good and can get better if I so choose at some time.
