like the security features. Site navigation one of least intuitive I have ever experienced. Menu options are not descriptive enough. Site is just plain quirky. For my money, Chase banking site is the most intuitive by far

Your products, rates and services are superior to your competition. Online banking is informative and easy to navigate. Opening an acccount online is easier than ordering a pizza online. Thank you for the safe haven away from the market madness and current social unrest. Oh and giving me a choice on making a rate change lets me pick a longer term with a better rate AND still take advantage of rate increases. Who needs to ladder CDs like this.

This is the easiest bank to set up a CD at....and I am an old lady and it was a snap! No more going to the bank, when I have access to the bank 24/7 at home.

Shop around and you'll see, Ally overall does make the most sense in this day and time. Their customer service beckons back to a time that I recall when we used to actually go out of our way to help clients. It seems to be a rare trait anymore. Thank you Ally for making my banking decisions easy.
