Would be a great bank if they did not have you call them every other day to access your account. I chose online for a reason, cause I want to manage my account ONLINE. Im closing my account.

Ally fives me bang for the buck & they are FDIC insured! Great website, 24hr chat, interest added daily & I can see it. Love this online bank. Thanks Ally, >-)

The service hat I have received at Ally has been incredible. Initially was a little of working with online bank. Ally proved me wrong! Rates are great, and whenever I've had a question, I can talk to "real" people, with very short waiting times/or no waiting times. Keep up the good work!

CD Matures 5/27 and I would like to renew a specific amount as a CD and move the rest to savings. I am told I must call or chat online to do this. Why isn't there a way to handle this online without "assistance"? I was able to do this with other CDs at my credit union. Security concerns is not an acceptable reason.

It is such a pleasure working with Ally Bank. I prefer to bank predominantly online, and their website and online services are the best I have worked with. But, when I do need a Customer Service Agent, they are knowledgeable and helpful.

i like the feature to raise interest rate. person i talked to was very patient and made sure all information was clearly understood. great help getting registered on line with bank

24/7 Customer Service is great. I was able to redirect my maturing CD on a Saturday w/out missing a beat. The rates are relatively better than other competitors, & with the opportunity to raise the rate if the markets improve is a key point for me. Now, if only the rates were higher.

My service with you was very good... You all need to teach the ally demand department... They lost my deposit and its still not fixed after four tries and the money is still missing... Your rated A+ and demand notes department rated F-.. Please help them!!!!
