Use the "Call Me" feature instead of text message.
When the person you're sending money to chooses the "Call Me" feature, they'll get a call from Popmoney's automated system with their validation code. Then they can set up their phone to collect their Popmoney® payment.- Re-send your payment using a different method.
Direct Deposit - Choose "bank account" as the send method, you just need the recipient's account information and routing number. The person you're paying won't need to do anything else - the payment will arrive in their account in 3 business days.
Email Payment - Choose "email" as the send method, all you need is the recipient's email address.
