To help you maintain or create strong customer retention, we provide Payoff and Portfolio leads based on stages in the customer life cycle.

Payoff leads are for customers that requested a payoff directly from Ally. Lease leads are for lease customers that are within the last 6 months of their agreement. Retail leads are for retail customers that are within the last 6 months of their contract. In-market leads are for customers that are midway through their contract/agreements. In-equity leads are for customers that have an equity in the vehicle based on the wholesale value of vehicle. Dealer retail and lease portfolio leads are for dealer’s entire portfolio for retail and lease customers acquired for more than 3 months.
