  • Which internet browsers work best with the Ally Auto site?

    For best results we recommend you use one of the following.

    For Windows XP, Vista or 7:

    • Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or 9
    • Mozilla Firefox 14 or higher

    For Mac OS 10.4 or higher:

    • Mozilla Firefox 14 or higher

    Note: The Ally Dealer Portal and all applications accessible from the Ally Dealer Portal are not currently supported on Google Chrome or Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 or 11.

  • How do I enable cookies?

    For the best experience on our site, you may need to enable cookies on your computer. Please use the instructions for your browser:

    Internet Explorer (version 7 or 8)
    1. Select the Tools menu, and choose Internet Options
    2. Choose the Privacy tab
    3. Select the Default button (or manually slide the bar down to Medium)
    4. Select OK
    Mozilla Firefox 14
    1. Select the Tools menu, and choose Options
    2. Select Privacy tab, then Accept cookies from sites
    3. Select OK

  • How do I enable Javascript?

    1. Select the Tools menu, and choose Internet Options
    2. Choose the Security tab, and select the Custom level... button
    3. Scroll down to the Scripting section
    4. Select Enable for Active scripting
    5. Select OK
