If you make a payment to the wrong servicer following a loan transfer, the payment will be forwarded by your previous servicer to the new one for the first 60 days.
After those 60 days, your previous servicer isn't obligated to forward your payment to your new servicer.
Budget Drafting is a program that makes the equivalent of one extra payment a year toward your principal balance, reducing you interest charges and building your equity faster. We'll automatically withdraw half your monthly payment every other Friday. Twice a year, we'll withdraw three payments within a month, which will go toward the principal balance.
You'll need to fill out a form and mail it. Request the form online using the Message Center or download it.
Mail your application to:
Drafting Department
PO Box 77421

Once your application is received, it can take three business days to enroll you in the program. We'll mail you a confirmation letter letting you know.
If you missed a payment, we'll call you to let you know the due date has passed and we haven't received your payment. Keep in mind – you could be charged a late charge for payments made after the due date.
