Ally Bank acquired Health Credit Services (HCS) in October 2019. HCS integrated to become Ally Lending, the business-to-business-to-consumer lending business line of Ally Bank. All Ally Lending loans are unsecured personal loans originated by Ally Bank, Member FDIC.

If you had automatic payments set up through your credit or debit card:
No action required. Your automatic payments were transferred to the new Ally Lending site with no interruption to your payments.

You’ll need your 16-digit account number to enroll in online services, which you can find on your mailed statement. Once enrolled, you can customize your payment alerts, go paperless, and set up Auto Pay.
To make online payments, set up your new online account with your 16-digit account number. You can find your account number on your mailed statement. Enroll in Auto Pay, customize payment alerts, and go paperless.
