Your Ally Credit Card will transition to Ollo soon.
What it means.
Ally Credit Cards will soon be replaced by Ollo. Don’t worry - you’ll continue to receive the same benefits and service you’ve come to expect.
Behind the scenes, we’re working with Ollo to transition your card and account servicing information over to Ollo, so all of your account settings, history, and other important information will carry over.
Until your transition date, there is nothing you need to do. But we suggest making sure your contact info is up to date to ensure you receive your new card and updates from Ollo.
What you can expect.
You’ll soon receive a new credit card from Ollo. You'll receive a new credit card from Ollo after your transition date, but you can continue to use your Ally card until then.
You’ll start to manage your account at ollocard.com. You won’t be able to start servicing at ollocard.com until your transition date.
You’ll use the Ollo mobile app. Feel free to download it now ahead of your transition date.
Know you may start to see some materials referencing Ollo ahead of your transition date.
What’s not changing.
To make this transition easier, your account preferences (like paperless, account alerts) will not change with Ollo.
Your payment details will also stay the same. This means payments to your card won’t be impacted by the transition. Any scheduled or pending payments will continue like they normally do.
If you use autopay with us or online bill pay at another bank, you will not need to make any updates.
You can still call the number on the back of your card for any questions, but you may chat with someone from Ollo’s customer care team.
