Ally Credit Cards are now Ollo.

What this means for you.

As part of transitioning Ally Credit Cards to Ollo, you should have received a new Ollo card at the address that was in your profile.

Next steps.

  • Activate your new Ollo credit card as soon as possible. Your Ally card won’t work after a few months. If you haven’t received your new Ollo card, give them a call at 1-833-845-2200.

  • Set up new credentials at ollocard.com. Head to ollocard.com

to set up access and start managing your account online.

  • Download the Ollo mobile app. You can also manage your account in their app. You’ll use your new credentials to log in.

Your settings and benefits are still the same.

To make the transition easier, your account settings, history and other important information have carried over to Ollo. This means your account preferences are the same, including paperless settings and alerts. And don’t worry, you’ve still got the same great card benefits, too.

Payments.

Your payment details also stayed the same — any scheduled or pending payments should process as usual.

To make a payment online, log in at ollocard.com

or through the Ollo mobile app using your new credentials.

You can also call Ollo to make a payment or mail it:

Ollo Credit Card P.O. Box 660371 Dallas, TX 75266-0371

When mailing a payment, be sure to include your account number.
