We’re not in it for awards. While they’re pretty and shiny, you give us our greatest reward. You want a straightforward and transparent customer experience, and that’s exactly what we aim to deliver. Forrester just rated us Best In Class in overall customer experience for the second time this year. Their survey polled consumers’ opinions across 299 brands and found that only 15% of brands deliver “good” customer experiences. We’re proud to say that out of everyone included, we landed in the top 15.

But we’re not resting on our laurels. We are relentlessly committed to providing innovative services and products and always helping with your concerns. That was our promise on day one and it still holds true today.

Ally Bank received a Best In Class ranking (a top-15 brand) among all 299 brands covered in Forrester’s proprietary Q3 2015 CX Index™ survey. The ranking was based on responses from 45,320 respondents in the US. The proprietary survey results are based on consumers’ opinions of their experiences with the brands in the survey.
