I just found out that I cannot get any cash from my Ally accounts from any ATM in my county, or zip code, without incurring fees. Ally Bank will now only reimburse me up to $10 in fees per statement cycle. This is not what I signed up for.

You may THINK you do everything right EXCEPT working with your customer about working out a good date for the customer to make payments on a auto lease agreement. We set up an account, talked to Felix about a date change ,he was to speak with his supervisors, and he never called us back.
