If you make a payment to the wrong servicer following a loan transfer, the payment will be forwarded by your previous servicer to the new one for the first 60 days.
After those 60 days, your previous servicer isn't obligated to forward your payment to your new servicer.

Budget Drafting is a program that makes the equivalent of one extra payment a year toward your principal balance, reducing you interest charges and building your equity faster. We'll automatically withdraw half your monthly payment every other Friday. Twice a year, we'll withdraw three payments within a month, which will go toward the principal balance.

Yes. Pay via phone using our 24-hour automated system at 1-866-401-4742. You'll need to have your loan number or social security number and your ZIP code on hand. (Keep in mind, you won't be able to pay with a credit card.) Once verification is complete, follow the recorded prompts to finalize your payment.

If you don't pay your property taxes, we'll send a letter letting you know your taxes are unpaid.
If you don't pay them within the designated timeframe, we'll place an escrow on your account and readjust your mortgage payment.

Once your loan closes, you'll be notified by mail with payment instructions no fewer than 10 days before your first payment is due.

We understand unexpected expenses or challenges put a strain on finances. If you’re unable to keep up with your payments, let us know as soon as possible, and we'll do everything we can to help.

If you missed a payment, we’ll call you to let you know the due date has passed and we haven’t received your payment. Keep in mind – you could be charged a late charge for payments made after the due date.

No, partial payments aren't accepted.

For Vehicle Payments:
Log in and select your vehicle, then Payments, then Enroll in Auto Pay.
Once you’re enrolled, the menu item will change to Edit Auto Pay. Go there to make changes, or to cancel Auto Pay at any time. You can cancel your Auto Pay payment any time before 3 pm ET on the scheduled payment date, as long as you’re the person who scheduled it.
Keep in mind: if you're already enrolled in Direct Pay, you must cancel it before enrolling in Auto Pay.
For Ally Credit Cards:
On the web: Log in , select your credit card account, select Payments, then Set Up Autopay.
On our app: Log in, select your credit card, then Menu, Payments, then Enroll in Autopay
Once autopay’s set up, Enroll in Autopay changes to Manage Autopay. Go there to make changes, or to cancel Autopay at any time.
For Home Loans:
Log in , select your home account, then select Make a Payment. From there, you can turn Autopay on. Once activated, you can set up your payment preferences, edit, or stop Autopay at any time.
