See yourself in the future you want with The Mirror.

Research shows 52% of LGBTQ+ young adults feel overwhelmed by financial topics and have trouble picturing their futures. It’s time to change that.
The Mirror is a place to share reflections from LGBTQ+ community members who transformed challenges into opportunities and achieved their goals.
Pride festivalgoers across the country got inspired by their stories of everything from owning a home to family planning.

When it comes to saving for school, it pays to start early.
LaToya went from working retail full-time to pay her way through college to becoming a C-level executive.
LaToya’s advice:
“Everything I did focused on developing my education … because if I knew if I got good grades, I could apply to scholarships which afforded me opportunities in the future.”
Learn ways to save today that pay off later.
Whatever your future goals are, we’re all better off with an ally.
Shining a spotlight on the Changemakers.
We teamed up with NEONxGLAAD in 2021 to launch Changemakers, the critically acclaimed series that shares the stories of Black LGBTQ+ business owners and leaders who are doing it right in their communities. Through their innovative work in various industries, they’re creating opportunities for often overlooked individuals and furthering the mission of the Black LGBTQ+ community.

We believe in doing it right. And that means creating a workplace where everyone can be their authentic selves. We take pride in being named one of the “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality” for six consecutive years and in being recognized by industry leaders for our inclusive workplace.

Our allies in the pursuit of progress.

Changing the game.
Proud to show support for the LGBTQ+ community on the field, on the track and beyond.
Goals for good.
We’re proud to continue our sponsorship of Detroit City FC (DCFC) because of their on-field success, passionate fanbase, and commitment to inclusivity and community outreach in Detroit.
In that spirit, we're excited to sponsor DCFC’s Prideraiser for the third consecutive year. Every time DCFC scores a goal in June 2023, we’ll match a portion of donations to the Ruth Ellis Center, which offers a safe space and support services for runaway, homeless and at-risk LGBTQ+ youth in metro Detroit. Collectively, we’ve raised more than $100,000 for the center and we’re proud to show our support again this season.
