  • Who can take classes at Ally Academy?

    Any employee authorized by your dealership can take Ally Academy courses.

  • How will Ally Academy courses benefit my dealership?

  • Can I take Ally Academy courses in person?

  • Should I use my home ZIP code or my dealership ZIP code to register for Ally Academy access?

    Please use your dealership ZIP code when registering. Once entered, you should be able to find your dealership listed in the results.

  • What should I do if my dealership doesn’t populate when I enter my ZIP code during Ally Academy registration?

    If you are unable to locate your dealership in the results list, first confirm you have entered the correct dealership ZIP code or try another ZIP code that may be close to your area. For ZIP codes that return more than 5 results, make sure you are using the scroll bar on the left side of the display box to see the additional dealerships in the list. If you have tried these suggestions and are still unable to locate your dealership in the list, please select My dealership is not shown from the dropdown. Selecting this will not limit you from accessing and taking the majority of our training. We’ll contact you to ensure your dealership is added to the system.

  • Should I use my dealership email address or personal email address when registering for Ally Academy access?

    You can register with either or dealership or personal email address. If your email address changes, simply select the Profile button at the top of the page within Ally Academy and update your personal information.

  • What should I do if my Ally Academy password isn't working?

    Please ensure that your password contains 8-20 characters, no spaces, at least 1 number and at least 1 letter. Also check to make sure that your caps lock is not on. If you continue to experience problems, please call 1-877-734-4622, Monday – Friday from 8 am – 7 pm ET.
