Inventory Coverage

Inventory Coverage protects vehicle inventory that isn’t financed or insured under the Wholesale Floorplan Program.

FAQs

Any vehicle in which Ally has a wholesale security interest is eligible for coverage.

Specific rates and premiums are based on the individual characteristics of your dealership. These include past loss experience, location, deductible choices, and policy limits.

Charges appear on your Ally Wholesale Billing Statement. You’re billed on a “per vehicle” basis for the specific time a vehicle remains in your inventory.

Our dealership-specific rates are applied per $100 of vehicle valuation, per year. The annual rate is converted to a daily rate that’s applied to each floor planned vehicle for the days it’s on the floor plan. Different rates apply to different vehicle types.
