The challenge.

The Ally Innovation Challenge is seeking startup founders who have developed AI products. We want this challenge to promote inclusivity, so we encourage applications from companies with diverse skills, perspectives and backgrounds within its leadership team.

What you'll gain.

The selected startups will have the opportunity to connect with Ally mentors and potential investors for help improving their products. Companies may also get the opportunity to test their products at Ally.

Keep in mind, all program benefits are subject to change and participation in the program doesn’t guarantee funding or any commercial relationships with Ally.

Startups selected for the challenge will be exposed to a diverse group of industry experts.

Application guidelines.

We’re seeking established startups based in the United States with a proven track record in AI development. To apply for the Ally Innovation Challenge, your company should have:

At least 2 full-time employees
A publicly available product or prototype demonstrating your AI solution’s functionality
Demonstrated traction or positive feedback on your existing work

What is considered Responsible AI for the purposes of this challenge?

Applicants are encouraged to think about Responsible AI broadly in terms of what it means to them, and their communities, as they develop an AI product.

Do you guarantee commercialization or funding for winning solutions?

The program doesn't provide funding or guarantee commercialization. However, we believe the valuable mentorship, exposure, and potential pilot testing opportunities could significantly advance the development and marketability of startups’ solutions.

What criteria will you use to select startups for the challenge?

We’ll consider companies’ enterprise readiness, adaptability, and their leadership teams’ expertise, experience and diverse skill sets. Terms and conditions apply

Is intellectual property (IP) protection considered in the challenge?

Yes, the terms and conditions of the challenge include language about your intellectual property rights and ours. You should seek legal advice if you have questions on IP-related matters.

What areas of AI does Ally want to learn about with this challenge?

We are looking for companies specializing in AI infrastructure that can assist in building robust, scalable platforms for responsible AI development and deployment.
