Ally Accounting LEADership Development Program (ALDP)
Want to get your CPA? We can help you with that. This program allows you to work full-time in the dynamic Controller’s and Audit functions of a public Fortune 500 leading digital financial services company.
Three, 9-12 month rotational opportunities provide a diverse experience that sets ALDP apart from the traditional path to the CPA designation. Chart your own course: the ALDP is more than just audit or tax. In addition to CPA licensing incentives, the program provides a cross-functional, enterprise-wide learning experience, allowing you to strengthen your accounting skills by working alongside highly experienced accounting and tax professionals.
