“Both in my internship and in my current Talent role, I’ve been afforded the opportunity to collaborate on, and to manage real, value-adding projects. These materially impactful initiatives—in combination with a strong mentorship culture at Ally—have accelerated my personal and professional development exponentially.”

“I really appreciate the hands-on experience I was provided, and the impact I was empowered to make during my summer internship at Ally. Now, as a full time employee, it’s rewarding to see the work I accomplished still being utilized and implemented well after my internship ended.”
