Ally Auto Mobile Pay FAQs
To change or cancel a scheduled payment from Ally Auto Mobile app, log in and select Payments, then Transactions from the menu. Select Edit Payment Details or Cancel Payment to edit or cancel a transaction.
You can also cancel online or call Ally at 1-888-925-2559 within the applicable time frame below.
Cancellation Policy For payments scheduled on the current day:
Before 3 pm ET, you can cancel any time before 3 pm ET
Between 3 and 6 pm ET, you can cancel any time before 6 pm ET
Between 6 and 11 pm ET, you can cancel any time before 11 pm ET
After 11 pm ET, your payment will be applied the next day. You can cancel any time before 3 pm ET the next day
For payments scheduled for a future day, you can cancel any time before 3 pm ET on the scheduled payment date.
Please note: You can only cancel a payment if you're the person who scheduled the payment.
Return the vehicle. An independent company will inspect your vehicle after you return it. You will be charged for any excess mileage or wear based on the inspection. In addition to excess mileage and wear, there may be other charges. You can find out more about returning your leased vehicle, or Contact us for details. Buy the vehicle. You will need to pay the purchase option price stated in your lease plus unpaid fees, taxes and any other unpaid amounts due. If you need financing, you can apply for lease buyout financing online, or ask your dealer if you qualify for financing through your dealer and Ally. Extend your lease. To extend your lease while waiting for a new vehicle, contact us.
