Message Center FAQs
The Message Center gives you a way to contact us outside of our regular hours of operation.
You can confidentially send personal information and documents through this secure message system.
You can access the Message Center by selecting Email from the top of any Ally Auto page after you log in.
We’ll send you email communications to let you know about important activity on your account, such as password changes or account updates. We may also send you marketing updates about products and services that might interest you.
We'll reply to your message within 2 business days and notify you in your personal email when you have a response waiting in the Message Center.
To help us get back to you quickly, choose the subject for your message that best corresponds to your question or request.
You can attach .pdf, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .tiff, .gif, .bmp, .png or WebP files totaling up to 25MB to your message.
Select the paper clip icon at the bottom of your message and choose the files you want to send.
The Message Center is a secure, convenient way for you to contact us any time you have a question or request.
You can send us a message to request documents and statements, make changes to your account or ask questions about your account.
We'll notify your personal email when you have a reply waiting in the Message Center.
