After logging in to your Ally Auto account, select your vehicle from your Snapshot to see your vehicle details page.
If you don't see your vehicle when you log in, give us a call at 1-888-925-2559 to add your vehicle.

To view or cancel an online payment, log in and select your vehicle from your Snapshot.
From your vehicle details page, you can view all payments within Transactions at the bottom of the page or by selecting Payments and then selecting Transactions from the next screen.
You can also view your payment information on the mobile app. Download for iPhone and Android

No, you can't download account information to Quicken® at this time.

Your total balance, total payment due, due date and payment status appear at the top of your vehicle details page, which you can access by selecting your vehicle from your Snapshot once you log in . To see a complete breakdown of your payment, select Total Payment Due.
You can also view your payment information on the mobile app. Download for iPhone and Android .

To see a complete payment breakdown including your monthly finance charges, log in and select Total Payment Due at the top of your vehicle details page.
To see the total amount financed, your finance charges year-to-date and more, see the payment details below the progress bar on the same page.

To view or cancel a pending online payment, log in and select your vehicle from your Snapshot to access your vehicle details. From there, you can view all payments within Transactions.
To cancel your payment, select the payment to expand the payment details and then choose Cancel Payment.
You can also cancel a payment by selecting Payments from your vehicle details page and then selecting Transactions to view your payment history.
Cancellation policy
For payments scheduled on the current day:

Before 3 pm ET, you can edit or cancel any time until 2:59 pm ET

Between 3 and 6 pm ET, you can edit or cancel any time until 5:59 pm ET

Between 6 and 11 pm ET, you can edit or cancel any time until 10:59 pm ET

After 11 pm ET, you can edit or cancel any time until 2:59 pm ET the next day
For future payments:
If your scheduled payment date isn’t today, you can edit or cancel before 3 pm ET on your scheduled payment date.Note: You can only cancel a payment if you're the person who scheduled the payment.
View or cancel an online debit card payment:
You can view or cancel online debit card payments through CheckFreePay , a third-party provider that charges a $3.45 fee, which is in addition to your payment amount.
If you schedule an online debit card payment after 4 pm ET, we’ll apply your payment on the following business day (unless you select a different payment date).
