Your choices won't expire.

Log in to view or update your privacy and marketing communication preferences any time and do the following:

1. Select Privacy Preferences from Profile and Settings, located in the menu
2. View and edit your Information Sharing and Marketing Communication preferences
3. Select Submit All Updates

You can also call 1-800-204-2197 to manage your preferences using our automated system.

No, your privacy preferences will apply across all of your Ally account types.

No, people who share an account can't view or edit each other's privacy or marketing preferences.
