By participating in the Ally Mobile Text program, you consent to receive welcome messages, account updates, generic account alerts, fraud notifications, other account-related alerts and 2-way payment reminders. We don’t charge a message delivery fee, but standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Check with your provider if you have any questions about your plan and the cost of receiving text messages.


Carriers are not responsible for any delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may be delayed or not delivered due to factors outside of the carrier’s control.
