    If you have a breakdown, take your vehicle to a licensed repair facility and have your service advisor call us at 1-800-631-5590. We’ll authorize the repairs so they can proceed with the work.

  • Why does UWC require authorization before I can have repairs done?

    We are responsible for making sure each repair needed matches with the vehicle’s diagnosed issues within the guidelines of your vehicle service contract.

  • Can I transfer or cancel my vehicle service contract?

    Yes, you can. Contact us at 1-800-631-5590 to begin the transfer process.

    To cancel your vehicle service contract, contact the dealership from which you purchased it. If you are unable to return to your dealer, call us at 1-800-631-5590.
