Couldn't get help to wire settlement check from Ally customer service and ended up having to mail check. Begged and pleaded with customer service to expedite debt and checks, even send COD, OVER NIGHT, WHATEVER and we'll pay... Like we were talking to trainees. Our fault for not doing better in due diligence with ALLY.

I'm comfortable banking with Ally. Very unfortunate that you selected that other bank for your cc. I like one stop shopping.
