I’m happy that Ibgrg interest on my savings. Just don’t like that it takes so long for transfers to and from other banking institutions. I don’t have immediate access to my money.

Having the opportunity to deposit money into multiple savings buckets really helps our family. I save monthly for insurance, taxes, deductibles, grandchildren, etc. It also helps to have buckets my husband can spend from and buckets I can spend from. It helps me not resent when he spends on something I don't care about - because it's his bucket and he can do with it what he wants.

Each time I contact these employees they are”on it” to resolve your concern or question. And they are knowledgeable and don’t pass the buck and practice avoidance.. Must be trained well,

For me it is the best functionalities and service that Ally have in the saving and spending account with the bucket account. Easy, convinient, with great rate, variety, managment between accounts. It is wonderful. Better than a lot other banks. Love it.

I've been an Ally customer for years. I've had numerous savings accounts and spent too much time moving money from one savings account to another. I utilize the buckets now but would really appreciate the ability to automatically have money overflow from one bucket to the next after a savings goal has been reached. Get that feature and you'll have a 5 star from me!
