I need to change from a 5 year to a 9 month CD on a rollover and Ally made it happen very simple on the date it matured, All is very easy to work with

I have been a customer for a very lmg time. I have several accounts with Ally. I recommended them to my mom for a CD because of how good the rates are. They have locked her account, asked her so many questions about things that don't relate to the account in any way to "prove" the identity. And even though it is a joint account would not speak to her because it only showed her husband's name. I don't think I will be referring anyone else again.

About two years ago, I made a decision that I was going to start saving money, allowing Allied to withdraw money from my BrickMortar savings account, which was earning little interest. Over the two years I’ve been able to save enough money to pay for and not only my summer vacation but for holiday gifts as well no matter how small the amount is that you can set aside after a while. You don’t even miss that. It’s disappearing into a wonderful savings account.
