Horrible onboard for an online bank

The fact you don’t get a card till after a deposit and then the card can take nearly a week to arrive is insanity. There isn’t even a temporary card you can use via apply pay or Google pay. So much for being advanced.

I don't remember being told that the fact that I just opened the account that I would not be able to get my funds after a mobile check deposit because it was still under 30 days because if that was the case I would have cashed my check instead that was from my job instead of depositing the whole check and being without money for almost a and a half because I have to have another extended 5 days to verify just because the account is brand new after you guys allowed me to deposit the check and told me that it would be held for only a couple days. I also didn't like the fact that I had to deposit money onto the account in order to get a debit card I figured the debit card would have came right after I opened the account. Other than that we'll see how this account goes in the future

I opened this account just to deposit a check and was aware that it may take awhile. I called Monday morning and was told as if it were a fact that I would be receiving funds on Wednesday the 15th. Only to find out that was no longer true and wouldn't have access to the funds until the 20th. Upon reading further I learned that in certain situations with financial crisis the bank may release some of the funds. I was not given any idea when I will have access to my money. This is why I don't care for online banking and there is no explanation that is going to change the way I feel.
