There’s no way to wait for a debit card for 10 day

They don’t give me any tracking number and I’m on the day 10 and my debit card it’s no arrived yet and all my direct deposit money are stuck in this account! Terrible costumer service because nobody can tell me we’res my debit card

My experience is well I don’t know because I don’t know why you guys are asking me to write a review already when I haven’t even received my card. I barely opened the account so I’m not able to spend money even though you guys asked me to fund my account.

I dint like that u don't get the debit card until after a deposit is made. I would like to have it so I can access my money immediately.

I used to love ally but after many issues with the app and multiple times my account getting flagged for fraud on recurring charges I’ve had with them for years. If you have an abundance of time to constantly reassure them your charges are real, this may not be a bad bank for you. However, I was tired of telling them my YouTube tv charge I’ve had for over 5 years was legit. Their algorithm is off. Oh, you’ll get attitude when you call in questioning the fraud flags.
Horrible onboard for an online bank

The fact you don’t get a card till after a deposit and then the card can take nearly a week to arrive is insanity. There isn’t even a temporary card you can use via apply pay or Google pay. So much for being advanced.
